Sentry Multi-Wave RF/Acoustic Rooms Feature:
PDF Data Sheet

Single-Source Responsibility
Means execution of a ready-to-use facility including basic rooms, doors, ventilation systems, wave guide beyond cutoff filters, silencers, alarm systems, and power and communication filters. Finishing options include carpets, acoustic ceiling/wall coverings, computer floors, weatherproofing, and other features. All available to provide a complete functional security room complex fully tested and certified.

Custom Design
To suit specification requirements IAC's numerical control based fabrication allows a wide range of flexibility to provide RF/acoustic shielded security rooms to fit your spatial and other special requirements.

RF Shielding
Sentry rooms are electromagnetic shielded to 100dB at 10GHz and fully satisfy "TEMPEST" level requirements.

Acoustic Shielding
Multi-Wave components are rated STC 52 exceeding the requirements of DIAM 50-3 Sound Groups. In field noise reductions from NIC 48 to 75.

Physical Security
Sentry all-steel construction prevents unauthorized forced, or surreptitious entry and fully satisfies DIAM 50-3 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) requirements.

Acoustic Requirements for SCIF Rooms
Please view our PDF on SCIF requirements.

Modular Construction
Sentry rooms are fully demountable and relocatable as programs change without loss of acoustic or RF shielding effectiveness. Since RF/acoustic and physical security is provided in a single perimeter structure, re-location is easily accomplished.

Seismic Strength
Sentry rooms incorporate structural elements in the RF shell so that seismic loads of Zone 4 magnitude are resisted without additional external support structures.

Complete Weather Resistance
Sentry structures can handle wind loads as high as 120 miles per hour (193 km/hr) and roof loads of 50 lbs/sq ft (2394 N/sq m) or higher. With weather-resistance cladding they constitute esthetically pleasing, free-standing buildings without the need for additional conventional construction.

Tax Advantages
Sentry rooms are fully demountable and therefore qualify for accelerated depreciation tax benefits. These savings significantly reduce the cost of Sentry rooms when compared to welded-shell alternatives. Savings can amount to as much as 25% of the purchase price. (Internal Revenue Service Ruling 75-178)

Testing
All Sentry Multi-Wave shielded room components have been tested for sound transmission loss, sound absorption, and radio frequency attenuation to demonstrate compliance with NSA 65-6 TEMPEST and DIAM 50-3 specifications in the fully equipped IAC laboratories at engineering headquarters New York City.
